Summer Workshop/Retreat 2018

This workshop/retreat is being offered a second time this summer!

Throughout my years in ministry, I have often uncovered a lot of confusion surrounding our emotions and how to express them as Christians. This often leads to disordered ways of relating to our own emotions, causing a lack of healthy relating and intimacy with God, ourselves, and others.

This will be a 4-hour educational workshop but will also include my signature retreat format that will allow for authentic private time to engage with the information presented and in the safety of God's loving presence.
