This contemplative retreat will focus on the four sacred movements of Advent as we anticipate the arrival of our Savior: hope in the waiting, preparation into peace, joy, and love.

6 Week Soul Care/Authoritative Prayer Facebook Live Retreat Experience—Coming in the Spring of 2022.
I have been feeling the nudge from God to care for a very specific audience in this present season--this 6 Week Soul Care/Authoritative Prayer Retreat Experience is for moms in their 40's and 50's in emotional pain with their teen and young adult kids' choices.
This 6-week/30 minutes-twice a week Soul Care/Authoritative Prayer Retreat Experience will be just that. These will be 30 minute Facebook lives.
In each 30 minute Facebook live, we will first care for YOU through Christian SOUL CARE and THEN care for your teens and young adults through AUTHORITATIVE PRAYER!
I will first lead YOU through a soul care component. Because praying moms need THEIR soul care from God!
I will then lead you through some emotional trauma release work that is so simple and can be done in a matter of minutes! It is amazing how marvelous God has created our bodies!
Lastly, I will lead you through Christian authoritative prayers on behalf of your teen and young adult kids!
